Promo codes: where a code comes from decides everything
Promo code, bonus code, coupon code, voucher code — the names vary, the job is the same: activating a specific offer on your account. From the cashier's side, codes add one question ordinary bonuses do not: where did this code come from? Official codes appear in your account or on the operator's promotions page. Codes circulating anywhere else cannot be verified by us, and some are a front for fraud.

There are usually three places: a code field during registration, a code field in the cashier before depositing, or a promotions page inside the account. Validity and limits

Codes tied to payment methods
Some codes only work with particular deposit routes, such as a crypto-only or bank-transfer-only code. If a code was accepted but no bonus appeared after depositing, check the method first. Keep the transaction proof and a screenshot of the active code; both speed things up with support. Never send a one-time password to anyone claiming they can “activate” a code for you.
How to use a promo code without payout problems
