Complaints and disputes
Complaints about online casinos almost always come back to money: a deposit that never appeared, a withdrawal refused, winnings voided under a bonus rule. This page explains how to file a complaint that can actually be processed, and the real limits players face.
How to complain
- Contact the operator's support through live chat or email on the official site and ask for a ticket number.
- Write a short timeline: date, amount, method and what happened.
- Attach evidence: wallet or banking screenshots, the crypto transaction hash, screenshots of cashier messages.
- Quote the clause of the operator's terms you believe was breached — our summary of how such terms work is on the terms page for this site, but the clause that counts is the operator's.
- Set a reasonable deadline and follow up under the same ticket number.
The most common disputes
| Situation | Reason operators usually give |
|---|---|
| Winnings voided | Maximum bet exceeded or a restricted game played with an active bonus |
| Withdrawal refused | The wallet or bank account is not in the account holder's name |
| Account frozen | Incomplete verification or a suspected duplicate account |
| Crypto lost | Sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address |
Most of these can be prevented. Reading bonus terms and finishing verification early avoid the majority of disputes; payment routes are explained on the payments page.
Dispute resolution, ADR and its limits
In regulated markets, players can take a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or to the regulator, and operators licensed abroad sometimes name an ADR provider in their terms — read that section. For players in Indonesia the position is weak: gambling is prohibited, there is no domestic regulator, and a legal claim over a gambling debt cannot be relied on. The best defence is not keeping a large balance in the account and withdrawing regularly.
What we can and cannot do
We are an independent guide, not a mediator, and cannot make an operator pay. If you notice a recurring problem — withdrawal rules changing without notice, for example — tell us; verified reports can change our guides so the next reader avoids it.
Never pay a "release fee"
Once a complaint goes public, "fund recovery" services appear offering to get money back for an upfront fee. No third party can withdraw from a casino account on your behalf. Do not send them anything, and if the dispute is affecting your wellbeing, our responsible gambling page lists where to talk.
